We are dropshippers and intermediaries with no intervention on packaging and shipping

We provide free shipping on E-Packet shipping method. Express shipping costs an additional €19.99. 

The shipping times are:

E-Packet: 10-20 days (but usually faster)

We only deliver by mail. Unfortunately, a self collection of the product is not possible.

We do not deliver to packing stations.

SEPA Direct Debit
By submitting the order, you give us a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will inform you about the date of the account debit at least one bank business day in advance (so-called pre-notification). The following applies to the purchase of used goods by consumers: if the defect occurs after one year from delivery of the goods, claims for defects are excluded. Defects that occur within one year of delivery of the goods can be asserted within the statutory limitation period of two years from delivery of the goods.
